The excess paint sprayed in automobile paint booth is normally captured by water curtains and these paint particles have to be separated from water as sludge, leaving clear water which is recycled, to strip off further airborne paint particles. This can be achieved effectively by the use of the Detachyfying Agent (DTA). DTA thus causes effective separation of Paint particles entrained in water and renders water for reuse. In some cases, it is possible to recover the excess paint (over spray), which provides more benefit to the customer.
Rishfloc 8195 is a high molecular weight acrylic flocculant developed for high pH mineral processing operation. This product is totally free from Nitrogen compounds & has been recommended for safe use in brine clarification. It helps to build large flocs and helps in achieving clear supernatant, results in fast settling and increases capacity of clarifiers apart from noticeable cost reduction.
The Rishlyte DFA series consists dye fixing agents which are formaldehyde based & formaldehyde free. The Rishlyte DFA series is used as an after-treatment in the washing stage of the dyeing process for direct and reactive dyestuffs.
Among the many features and benefits offered by the Rishlyte DFA series are
Greater Fastness
Lower Dye Transferability
Increased Chlorine Stability
Reduced Bleeding
Enhanced UV Stability
Effective over a wide pH range
Easy to handle, non-hazardous, liquid.
In open and closed cooling systems micro-organisms cause disturbances in industrial processes and damage to the material through corrosion. Slime forming and corrosive type of bacteria are the main causes of the following detrimental effects :
- Contamination of heat exchanger surfaces or blockage of pipes
- Corrosion under micro-biological deposits.
In order to inhibit or destroy the micro-biological growth, highly active but toxic and ecologically suitable biocides are often used.
Rishlyte 8094 overcomes these toxicity problems and prevents shutdown losses of equipment and results in dispersing of slime deposits and further prevents formation and growth of slime deposits in pipelines.
Rishlyte dispersants are phosphorous-free, low molecular-weight polymers, and are non-volatile and practically stable to hydrolysis at the temperatures in question. These polymers act as powerful dispersants in ceramic slurries and prevent the sedimentation of the suspended matter. Good amount of the inorganic dispersants viz STPP can be easily substituted through the use of these products.
